1. CONSULTING SERVICES

The precise scope, price, duration, and deliverables of a consulting engagement may be described in a separate written proposal, service agreement, order form, or statement of work. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls concerning that conflict.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information provided through the Website or our communications is general information and does not create a professional-client relationship requiring a particular license.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our Website and general consulting communications do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions requiring specialized professional advice.

3. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Consulting outcomes depend on many factors, including the accuracy of information provided, the customer’s circumstances, the customer’s implementation of recommendations, market conditions, and matters outside our control.

Financial Renovation Solutions does not guarantee:

A particular financial or business result;

A specific increase in revenue, income, savings, or profitability;

Approval for financing or another benefit;

Completion within a particular period; or

That a third party will take any particular action.

Testimonials, reviews, case studies, and descriptions of prior results represent individual experiences and do not guarantee identical or similar results.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

Promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate;

Cooperate reasonably in the consulting process;

5. SMS AND TEXT-MESSAGING TERMS

If you affirmatively opt in, Financial Renovation Solutions may send you recurring consulting-related informational, appointment, customer-service, account-related, and marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your interactions with us and the services requested. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless-service plan.

Financial Renovation Solutions does not charge a separate fee for receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier may impose charges.

Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming that your request has been processed.

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable text-messaging program unless you provide new consent.

8. FEES AND PAYMENT

Except as otherwise required by law or stated in a separate agreement, fees for completed consulting services are nonrefundable.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PAID CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FINANCIAL RENOVATION SOLUTIONS FOR THAT ENGAGEMENT DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Financial Renovation Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your unlawful use of the Website or services;

Information or materials you provide;

Your violation of these Terms; or

Your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require indemnification for conduct caused solely by Financial Renovation Solutions’ unlawful actions.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms that is not subject to a separate enforceable dispute-resolution agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another location.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations.

21. SEVERABILITY

A separate signed service agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
